The Bible tells us that we are fighting a spiritual battle & that our fight isn’t against other people but within ourselves to make the right choice no matter what anyone else says or does. It can be hard to be kind to somebody who is not kind to you, but we need to look at things the way God sees them. When somebody is unkind to us, it is because they don’t know the love of Jesus. Being mean back to people who are mean to you can keep you from accomplishing the work God has for you to do & it can also keep that person from coming to know Jesus & this is what satan really wants. If Noah was mean to all the people who were mean to him, he would have never been able to complete his work of building the ark, but Noah loved God & was obedient to God. Because of Noah's obedience, God protected Noah & his family & gave him the power to overcome & accomplish what God called him to do.
