What an amazing time to be alive! Sure, there’s a lot of stuff going on in the world that can seem pretty scary for those who don’t have Jesus, but if you’ve accepted Jesus then you never have to worry or fear because God is truly with you. Always! God sent his Spirit to live inside of you. Jesus is always with you! When God sent his Spirit, he wanted everyone to know & accept Jesus so God’s spirit could live in all people. He gave the disciples the ability to speak in other languages so everyone could hear God’s message in their language & understand it. It was truly an amazing time, but that time isn’t over. God’s Spirit is available to all who believe & call on the name of Jesus. God tells us to pray in the Spirit. This means really taking time to pray God’s word over all areas of our lives. This is one reason it is so important to know our Bible verses. God wants us to make special time for him every day to pray, not only for ourselves but for all God’s people everywhere. It’s during this special time with God that he will show us things that he wants us to know. If there is ever a time when you feel sad, scared or alone, remember that you are never alone, Jesus is right there with you & he will comfort you & protect you. The Spirit of God lives inside of you!
